    Established in 1981 and going from strength to strength each year, our company successfully completed many housing projects winning the hearts of individuals pursuing affordable homes in exclusive areas. Furnished with luxurious amenities beginning from sea view Apartments (1983) to Chelsea Manor (2006), we have successfully delivered over 100 apartments and 400 housing units.

    The primary criterion considered by our company when designing an apartment is the floor layout. A practically designed home with the aspect of modern architecture, together with a strong development team, enables us to provide customers with a reliable and exclusive living environment.
